1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used skincare products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the item was marked as a gift, a store credit may be issued instead of a refund.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange a replacement.

4. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item received).
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns..

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the processing period:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider.
  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to reflect.
